Some minor rubbing to edges and slightly to rear board, else cover very clean and smart. Some slight darkening to endpapers, neat inscription to halftitle page “From R. Porter, Marchwood Park.” Inscription to plate at p261 correcting the name of Antelope Horns “Roan Antelope, instead of Maarif.” A couple of light spots to plates else inside pages all very clean, bright and tight throughout. Else a very clean and tight copy. 413pp + 2pp cat. 2 maps (1 coloured frontis & 1 folding) and illustrated with 24 b&w plates.
