Plain endpapers. Red speckled page edges. In very good conditions. Some rubbing to corners and edges. Top leading corners slightly bumped. Paper on edges of boards rubbed and chipped. Some rubbing to faces of boards. Bookplate to front endpaper “Frederic S. Clarke.” Decorative title and frontis foxed and darkened. Some heavy foxing to frontis plates. Inner plates vary from mild to moderately foxed. Some light spots to pages. A couple of slighlty pulled gatherings in v.2. Else inside pages very clean and tight throughout.
