Macdonald 24,2,29.” Some darkening/foxing/minor staining to rough cut page edges but otherwise pages very clean and tight. MAp clean and bright with no tears. Else a very clean and tight copy. A very readable account of the Arab War, it became a best seller and was translated into many languages. The precursor to Seven Pillars which was not published until 1935. 446pp. 16 full-page b&w illustrations by famous artists, including 6 by E. Kennington. With fold-out sketch map at rear.
