Red speckled page edges, plain endpapers. In very good conditions. Some wear to extremities; corners cumped and chipped, small chips to ends of spines, hinges cracked on vols.1&3. Edges of endpapers darkened, bookplates to fornts “Data Fata Sequutus.” Title pages darkened, and some darkening/tanning to inside text pages. Plates all very clean and bright. Else a very clean and tight early set. 6 vols. Illustrated with an engraved frontis portrait, and a full page engraving for each title of work. Includes: Every Man in/Out His Humour; Cynthia’s Revels, or the Fountain of Self Love; Poetaster.
