Published in 1919, this is the official record of the work of the Allied Expeditionary Force in Egypt in WWI. It begins with Allenby’s Dispatches then the Order of Battle, with brief record of service of the major formations. This is followed by Brief Records of the various Branches of the Army and finally plate maps with text pages showing the progress of the campaign. This is the campaign during which T.E.Lawrence was active with the Arab Army of Sheikh Faisal.
