Corners bumped and rubbed, else cloth clean. Bookplate removed from front endpaper. Handwritten passage to first free endpaper “Stocklinch Ottersey, from a m.s. called Kirby’s Quest. 1870.” Some darkening and light foxing spots to pages, else a very clean and tight copy. Map is clean and bright. 204 + 4pp notes. Illustrated with a folding hand-coloured map at rear.
