Hardback, approx 7.5 x 5 inches. In pebbled dark green cloth covers with decorative gilt lettering to spine and front, and black pictorial design. Yellow endpapers. In very good near fine condition. Some minor rubbing to corners and ends of spine. Front endpaper is later. Frontis has reinforced backing. Some darkening and minor marks to title, fontis and first pages, some minor handling marks else pages very clean and tight throughout. An excellent copy. 143 +32pp cat. Illustrated with 30 B&W full page plates, including frontis. First UK Edition.
