Under the print in type in tow lines in the centre are the above title, and “This plate is presented by His Grace the Duke of Norfolk”, and below that is one line is “Engraved and Printed in Oil Colours by G. Baxter, 29, King Square, London, from a drawings by T. Henwood”. We think those who know the bridge will admit it is a faithful representation of it before it was demolished. The whites are printed similar to the old chiaroscurists.” Courtney Lewis: George Baxter. 10.).
