Hardback, 9 x 6 ins. Red cloth with gilt lettering to front and spine. Blind embossed paneled front board and gilt line details to spine ends. In very good condition. Spine slightly faded and rubbed and nicked at ends, small bumps and minor rubbing to corners. Endpapers darkened with neat inscription to front. “Ralph Maw Rind, Jan 1918.” Some slight tanning to inside pages, small tear to edge of title page, else a very clean and tight copy. 323pp. (14pp is adverts at rear.) With b&w photo plates and illustrations with in text. (64 total.)
