Many b/w illustrations by the three authors. A compendium of the catalogues of the three great 18th century English furniture makers, Chippendale (1754), Sheraton (1802 and 1812) and Hepplewhite (1794) reproduced and arranged by J. Munro Bell. There is a 9 page introduction by Bell, and extensive black and white drawings of the three cabinet makers’ work.
