Covers slightly creased around edges with part fading. White paper pages have foxing spots. Else a clean and tight copy. Collection of photographs of Vancouver as it was 100 years ago. With brief description and history and descriptive index of pictures at back.

Spine slightly darkened with small chips at ends. Corners slightly bumped. Mild foxing to edges. Slight browning to endpapers. Else a clean and tight copy. The author was an experienced explorer with several expeditions to his name, when in 1908 he set off to Northern Canada to see how the eskimos survived and flourished in extreme conditions. He also discovered a tribe of ‘blond’ eskimos.
