Finely bound copy of six month’s worth of weekly editions of Collier’s magazine, published in the USA in 1904. This fascinating magazine contains a variety of articles and fiction, with many advertisements of the period. Subjects include Theodore Roosevelt and the Russo-Japanese War. there are articles by Upton Sinclair and Sherlock Holmes stories by Arthur Conan Doyle; The Three Students, The Golden Pince-Nez, an Uncle Remus story, Brother Rabbit’s Cradle and a Raffles tale by E.W.Hornung. This is a fascinating look at American culture and politics at the beginning of the 20th century.
