Bound in original red cloth with black lettering to spine. With Dustwrapper 182pp. Prof. ills with b/w line drawings and a colour frontispiece all by Sir Alfred Munnings, plus b/w photographs. In very good condition with very good dustwrapper (Slightly faded and rubbed at edges with small tears at top and bottom of front and top of back. A little foxing inside). Mild foxing to endpapers. Inside clean and tight. No inscriptions or other marks. Memoirs of life as a freeman, told through the eyes of the author, a Peke named Black Knight, also known to his original master and mistress as Billy Button and Pudda.
