Splits, tears and chips around edges. Ink inscription to front fly leaf. Not price clipped). Mild foxing to edges. Slight browning to endpapers. Printed verse pasted to back endpaper with inscription dated 1941. Occasional foxing spots. Else a clean and tight copy. The author was an Irish mystical writer, poet and painter. A friend of W.B.Yeats, he was editor of both The Irish Homestead and The Irish Statesman. Here he tries to discover how much of a poet’s work comes from the ‘outer mind’ and how much from the ‘genie within’.
