Hardback, approx 12 x 9 inches. Full bright green morocco leather binding, with gilt lettering and raised banding to spine, inlaid red and orange leather ‘flame’ design to front. Gilt dentelles, Gilt page edging and marbled endpapers. In hard box case with cream buckram cloth and black spine labels. In very good condition. Leather is rubbed and chipped at front leading edge of board. Case has small nick to cloth at top corner of spine, edges darkened, dark foxing spots to spine, minor darkening to lining. Numbered 61/265 and signed by authors on main title page. Pages all very clean and tight. Plates clean and bright. 373pp. 2048 Colour photo illustrations (8 per page).
