Hardback, approx 7.5 x 5 inches. In green cloth with decorative gilt lettering to spine and front, pictorial decoration to front and blind embossed vignette to rear. Beveled boards, all edges gilt. Brown endpapers. In very good condition. Some rubbing to cloth on edges and corners, a little to boards with a couple of minor marks. Hinges slightly cracked between endpapers. Some foxing spots to verso of frontis, with neat inscription to same and top of title page. A couple fo minor spots and light handling marks else a clean and tight copy. 192 + 12pp cat. Illustrated with 8 coloured plates.
