5 volumes. Approx 8 x 5 inches. In dark green cloth covers with gilt to spine and front. With Art nouveau floral printed designs. In overall very good conditions. Each with minor rubbing to ends of spines and edges. Some minor tiny white spots to rear boards. Each are very clean and tight inside, endpapers darkened, Else a very clean and tight set. Colour plates are bright. Beautifully illustrated and detailed descriptions of familiar wild flowers. Each vol has short summaries of the flowers to be covered in detail in the following pages. Each volume has at least 40 colour plates. A couple have a few more. Many b&w text illustrations. Head and tail pieces.
