In near fine condition with very good dustwrapper (dw; small tear at bottom end of spine. Not price clipped). Mild foxing to edges. Small address label to front endpaper. Else a very clean and tight copy. The city of Jerusalem has a long history, much of it under different rulers and different faiths. The author shows the destructive possibilities when political ambition is combined with religious passion.
