Gilt frame slightly rubbed. Print is clean. Remains of old pencil inscription to back. View of Lulworth Castle from the 19th century. The print shows the steps leading to the front door with walls, outbuildings, walled gardens and a part roofed ditch with trees in the foreground.

Engraved print. The print is a portrait of William Camden wearing collar of esses ‘S’ with tudor rose and jacket with heraldic devices. Camden was the Author of Britannia, history of the reign of Elizabeth I and was Clarenceaux King of Arms which is how he is depicted here.
